Hey, Marcus! I have met a fellow Marcus who likes Clarinets! Glad to meet you. I am a clarinet player in our highest band here in Grandville. I have been playing the clarinet, and enjoying its music for 4 years now, and I am so glad to be a player of such a wonderful instrument. I want to encourage all of you members here to speak up regarding your talents- mine are Clarinet, and Computer, the two C's! Well, I am glad to be here- hope all of you can post as well!

clarinets not my 1st instrument but it is 1. ive been playing alto sax for 4 years and clarinet for 1 and i just started bari sax. but i luv music and i do luv the clarinet and thats y i joined. my other interests r soccer, rugby, computers and well music (duh!).
so ya talk 2 me anytime i luv 2 chat.

I have been doing music school for the past two years and I'm taking a break this year because clarinet is driving me crazy. Anyone ever feel that way? I still love my clarinet though. Anyone else play on an R13?

Amanda, you said you can't play very well ANYMORE. Maybe something has changed. It could be a poor reed or maybe the structure of your ambachure (crap I forgot how to spell that LOL) has changed. Once you get it, you can never lose it...it just sometimes goes on strike. Lol. Stick to it. I'm sure everything will be alright in the end. And remember: Practice makes perfect. Well, close to perfect at least. Hope I helped. Peace out-side.
